Need Help: Passenger side bank wont fire

Need Help: Passenger side bank wont fire Car sat for over a year while I did H/C/I. now it will only run on the driver side bank, Im runnin out of options. fuel pressure is good, injectors are spraying, compression is good, and it has spark(new plugs). I pulled the valve cover and everything looks good there too. When I tested the spark, the only difference between the two sides was a KV reading. Its not throwing any codes either.
Anybody have any Ideas?

Thanks guys, got it runnin. When I went to the center bolt valve covers I put the coils on the new brackets reversed, front to back. Im not mad at the car anymore, just myself lol
