Default CARTEK ***CHANGES and SPECIAL***

We are excited to announce that Cartek is now a 100% family owned business. As of June 6th, 2008 Dave Busch is no longer with Cartek Racing Inc. Sales and management are now run by Julian Hormilla and Maxwell Hormilla. Engine packages, power adder setups, tuning, and engine assembly still remains in Julio Hormilla’s hands as it has always been, so we can still expect the same high level of performance and reliability Cartek has become known for.

In celebration of this milestone in Cartek history we are going to be running a Heads and Cam special. On any stage of Cartek Heads and Cam package sold there will be a $250 discount. Also we will be offering an additional $250 discount off the install bringing your total savings to $500 on any stage of Cartek Heads and cam installed at Cartek. The sale will be running from now until July 11th, 2008.

For any inquiries we can be reached via PM or direct by phone at the shop.

Thanks,
Maxwell Hormilla

Good move, ever since i got hosed by dave in 2001, I never went back to cartek. then when i got my C5 in 2004, I went to ECS and also sent about 6 people there too. We all got h/c setups and 2 got their blower kits.

But Julio was always great to work with tho! I just couldnt see myself giving any more business to Dave

Well, you (and the others) can feel free to go back now, there are some awesome changes taking place/already in place at Cartek Racing lately and the customer can only benefit from their expertise and craftsmanship.

U all know how I feel about the LIAR....
I would go to Julio and his sons now with no problem at all...
I never ever had any issues with Julio,It was the LIAR who soured me from Cartek..

I wish the Hormilla boys and Cartek all the best in the new shop

Any former disatisfied customer should really consider giving Cartek a second shot being that Dave is no longer there. The Hormilla's are good honest people and the crew is excellent as well. Their results speak for itself.
Dave was a real problem that has been addressed and is no longer a factor.
Give the boys a call, you won't be sorry!

Our old/current website is www.cartek.net. Our new website will be up very very very shortly. The current website does not reflect the current sale.

All inquires about the sale, give us a call at the shop and we will be more than happy to take care of you guys.

I've been a Cartek customer for 9 years and I wish the " new " Cartek the best of luck in the future . Julio is an honest , loyal , stand up guy , a man who's extremely knowledgeable in his field , there are some " great tuners " out there , some of them just know tuning , some know tuning and engine building , Julio knows it all , Tuning , engine building , wiring/electronics etc , the guy could build a car from the ground up by himself if he had to , not many tuners have the all around knowledge he has .

I know Julio and sons , and Roy , Mike , Tim and the " new guy " are all highly motivated and are looking forward to running a better business on all levels , working as a team , like it should be , hopefully some customers that left specifically because of Dave , will consider coming back , if not , so be it , you can only focus on the future .
