Default In need of quality advice

Hi guys, any input would be awesome. I have a 98 Z28 (130,000!), Ive owned the car for 7 years now and am looking to finally add some power. I like to completely research everything before I go doing anything. There are no money trees around here. Over the past couple years Ive added OEM C6 wheels, shocks/springs, adj panhard, adj lca's/relocations, torque arm, & sway bars. Now Im ready for some motor. Im wanting to put a large streetable cam in it. My question is: what all am I gonna need/want to replace during the install?

Thanks!

Springs, hardened pushrods, cam, timing set as well with the amount of miles. Give me a call and we can discuss options.

If it was my decision, I would freshen it up before modding it. Just my opinion though.
