Default Compression Help Please

I have may car apart for a few upgrades and maintenience.

I took the heads off to be cleaned and have the valve springs checked. I noticed I have a couple very very small marks on a couple pistons, valve meets piston...JOY!

Here is what I have and my thoughts while I have everything apart.

I am thinking about fly cutting and milling the heads a little more if my compression ratios are in line......this is where I need some help.

I need to know what my current set up SCR and DCR is and how much more can I mill off the heads to get the most out of this cam. Remember, I will be fly cutting the pistons.

Here is my set up:
Stock LS6 shortblock
AFR 205's previously milled .0200
Cometic .040 head gaskets
Comp- XER 228/232 588/592 110+1 which I installed with 4* advance
From Cam Card:
Duration @ .006 Tappett Lift 277/281
Cam Installed @109 ICL
Valve Timing @ .050 OPEN CLOSED
INT 5 BTDC 43 ABDC
EXH 47 BBDC 5 ATDC

Duration @ .050 228 INT / 232 EXH
Lobe Lift .3460 INT / .3500 EXH
Lobe Separation 110.0

Please give me your feedback, ideas, suggestions. I appreciate your time and efforts helping me with my little project.

Thanks,
J.R.

Well the cam's job is to fill the cylinder with air so shaving the heads to make the cam work isnt really what your doing.

More compression in most case yields more power unless you cross the line.
