Default need to know what you think

Hi i was wondering what everyones opinion is on this, i have a 99 SS, M6, ls6 intake, slp headers w/ LM exhaust, CAI, SFC, 4.10 gears. Im looking into AFR 205 heads, MS3 cam?, and thinking of an HSW wet kit. just want to know everyones opinion with the head, cam, and nitrous selection. THanks in advance.

If you're going to spray then it's better to choose a smaller cam...that's from what all the research I've done says anyhow. Get a custom grind cam or somewhere in the 220-230 range. If you want an all out NA power motor without any kind of FI then the MS3 or MS4 are good choices for mean cams. The AFR 205s are great heads but just make sure if you do the MS3 or MS4 you get some patriot dual valvesprings and you upgrade the rest of your valvetrain to match

Call Tony Mamo and have him spec you a cam to go with his heads. He's the master of the AFR for LS1's and so is the best source for a cam for it. His 224/228 is almost as legendary as the TR224.
