Default weird clicking

Hey
My car is clicking from the back of the engine bay on the drivers side. its goes away after 2500rpm. before i could only hear it wen accelerating but now it does it all the time. it doesnt do it reving down just up. idk if its related but my oil pressure gauge twitches. im at 25 hot idle and 38 while driving. car is also whining. also its starting to back fire wen i rev it up like around 3 or so. there doesnt seem to be any power loss. wat could this be. i have long tubes and TD. untuned with no erg or AIR. plugs are all tight.

any help will be appreciated

Justin

Could be an exhaust leak that your just not hearing at the upper RPMs because of your muffler. Id start simple and double check your headers at the cilinder heads and collector. If there is a leak you will see a black mark where it is comming out of. I would also have your car tuned if you !ERG and AIR. Just about anything that throws a code will affect you'r driveability to some extent.

try the header gaskets. I had a bad gasket at the flange and it made weird ticking noise. The fluctuating oil pressure could indicate a potential problem but start with the easy things and work your way up.

Default your noise

Depends on how loud it is. if it sounds like someone taping on the side of your car then it is someting serious.... if its just a click then its probable exhaust noise.
