00 WS6 Wont Start
00 WS6 Wont Start Okay let me start off by saying im working with a wrecked car here. Passenger side door and rear impact. I got the car home and am trying to get it started up before I pull the engine for my swap. I repaired the battery wires that they cut at the wreck and ill im getting is a clicking from the starter. Charged the battery same. I dont here the fuel pump priming either. When i was working on it I didnt see the fuel pump prime plug either? When I turn the key on all the gauges light up then all the dummy lights shut off I try to start get the hard clicking sound and then the security light lights back up(guessing normal)
Things I have tried.
Tested starter
Checked battery
Checked starter wiring.
Checked all underhood and interior fuses.
Is this vats messing with me or another problem? Im going to try to put a ground from the battery to the engine tonight and see if that changes anything. The fuel gauge was showing half a tank then now shows nothing. Motor spins free by hand.
