Default compression ratio question

ok so i called up tsp today and with my heads(milled .015) and -2cc pistons ill be at 10.3:1 . i was really hoping to get 11:1 for better driveability and power.

they said if i mill them another .015 and use a .040 gasket ill reach the 11:1 mark i would like. without milling ill be at 10.7:1. i want to do it right the first time and not regret going the .3:1 will i see a difference or should i just get the gaskets and call it a day?

and if the cam choise matters for this setup im going to be running the torquer v3.

Search for the term "quench" before you order a head gasket.
