Default Help with options

I am stuck in a hard spot and need some opinions. I have a 5.3 and its torn down. Had 40k miles on it and I bought the following upgrades
double roller cam chain, z06 cam, crane valve springs, ls6 intake, ported throttle body, headers, granatelli mafs, ported oil pump, and started to port my heads, emisions delete, flowmasters. I am in a toss up now after recently discovering all I need to do to make it a 350 is bore it out. I am considering this and buying a set of stocker pistons and new rings. If I do this do I need to upgrade the heads? If so whats the cheapest bang for the buck with my other mods? I saw I can get a set of z06's pretty cheap and maybe just skimp on the porting? I am already over my budget but I am thinking about looking under the couch for some spare change to do this LOL. Anyone know what kind of numbers I can expect with the 5.3 without the 5.7 upgrade? With? This is going in a s-10 xtreme. I want it to be streetable and get decent MPGS but still go.
