Default 408ci LS2 setup help

I just got back from the shop and we've come to the decision that where gonna build a 408ci Stroker. Which is of course an amazing performing engine. but when it actualy comes down to what cam, crank, rods, pistons.. who makes the strongest parts? i could take a guess but i know you guys have experiance with these engines... this is my first LS. and to help prospect what im building its going to be a solid roller for sure, ported heads, and Victor Jr. intake with a Demon carb.

thanks!

I don't know where you are located or if you would want an iron block but I have a 0 mile 408 that I think I am going to sell and go with a larger cube LS2 or LSX like either a 434 or 454 cube motor. I am not sure what your goals are but just a thought if you were interested. If not my motor is Eagle crank, Compustar rods, and SRP pistons. I have heard great things about all of those parts
