Best setup to get 600hp without forced induction?

Best setup to get 600hp without forced induction? What is the best cam/head/intake/forged_internals combination to get ~600hp out of an LS1, and still be streetable. Not necessarily a daily driver.... but not a hassle driving around town.
With something like a twin turbo setup, probably 1000hp isn't out of the question, but all the internals probably need to be beefed up.

Without FI the easiest way is a head/cam 346 with a shot of nitrous.
If you want 600 RWHP naturally aspirated only then something like a 427-454 with nice heads and cam package can do it. It wont be street friendly really though.
