Default Car is Smoking! please help!!!

I have a 02 Z, and i have recently put ona catch can set up to thry to resolve this problem, but unfortunately it didnt fix it. The car does not smoke on start up, at idle or while in the gas. the car will only smoke on deceleration between shifts. does neone have ne ideas which way i should go next bc its quite embarassing. thanks...

valve seals, mine done the same thing so i put new seals on and no more smoke.

And if you are doing valve seals, you might as well do a cam and springs. If it isn't that, you could swap to the different valley cover.

My car does the same thing, white smoke, And i have less than 1k on my h/c swap and i even bought double springs.. You must have to remove the heads to fix this problem?

valve seals...

what it is, is when you are at high rpms and and let off the gas there is a high amount of vacuum in the intake tract because of the throttle blade being shut and if your valve seals are bad it will suck oil from the valve cover into the engine.

and also as they get worse it will smoke when you first start it after setting for a period of time because oil will drip from the seals into the engine.
