need some help with install

Default need some help with install

jus recently installed
PRC stage 2.5 5.3L heads
PRC dual valve springs
MS3 113+1 LSA
Chromemoly pushrods
LS2 timing chain
LS6 oil pump
Pace setter LT
ORY
SLP lid
mail order tune from texas speed

when i take it too 5500 rpms and have to slow down sometimes it will drop rpms to 400-500 and almost die but sometimes it wont and when it is running good it will be at 1000-1200 for idle is this right??? it is running extremly rich it burns the eyes its so rich!!! i have had the computer tuned. i still get a SES code of P0106 and have found no vacuum leaks can anyone shed some light on to what my idle problem could be??? i just cant figure this one out

What kind of tune did you get after the install? Dyno tune, mail order tune, or someone local upload a tune for you?

He said he got a mail order tune from TSP. I would get a wide band on it and see how its running at WOT. Check the tune again. It also could be your Y pipe banging causing a false knock sensor warning.

thanks for the help i kind of new to the hole engine mods
what is a wide band??? im pretty sure the y pipe isnt hitting anything underneath the car.

It reads your air fuel ratio. It's also very common for H/C cars engine and exhaust to bang around in the engine bay with stock motor mounts causing a knock retard that will pull timing.

would this be able to be tuned out or do i have to change the motor mounts?????
