Having some trouble, need advice

alright fellas heres my problem, it just started happening yesterday. I would turn my car on it sits and idles fine but once you rev it up some it sounds like it's missing power and then it wants to die once you release your foot off of the pedal. Any suggestions.

Troubleshoot it.
No one is going to get on here and say 'it's the IAC, change it' and boom problem fixed.

Have it checked for codes, check the fuel pressure, etc, etc, etc.

check out the plugs , wires , coil packs grounding , fuel , tb sensors etc..

Do you have any logging software? Any codes?
When is the last time you have changed the fuel filter?
