I had that cam in my car and loved it. M6 mileage for me was 17-18 city/mixed and 23-25 highway with 4.10 gears. I ran it with stock heads, ls1 intake, SLP airlid, and dynatech headers. I tuned it myself and it never went on the dyno so I do not have horsepower numbers, but the best E.T. was a 12.02 @ 117mph.

The reverse split just means that the duration is higher on the intake side than the exhaust. A traditional split cam is the opposite i.e. 224/230. I believe there is a thread in the sticky at the top of the internals section with alot of information on this topic if you want to read more about it.
