Scratching noise from my LS1

Scratching noise from my LS1 Ok let me start by saying I have already removed my Valve Covers and inspected the Rockers, Push Rods, and Springs on both side and they both looks good... The best I can explain the sound is as a scratch because its not a knock. My current Mods are in my Signature. I noticed the diffence when I was going bought 60mph on the expressway back to the lot and I for some reson decided to spray maybe the most 2 or 3 seconds. I let of teh gas and the car stumbled and turned off... Once it cooled down the noise went away but to be on the safe side I just decided to bring it back home... What do you all think it can be?
