i built my motor not thinking it would be enough for me in the future but now i want to boost it.......my compression ratio now is way to high about 11.8:1 with the ls6 heads, and -2cc pistons.....i was wondering if i got a set of 72cc lq9 heads and a thicker gasket if that would lower the cr enough to run a decent amount of boost like 10lbs

 

I'd go over to the forced indution section and ask those guys...I'm sure they'd have more input.
