my car is throwin codes. HELP!!!!!!!

my car is throwin codes. HELP!!!!!!! my car is throwing some codes and i got what they were but dont really know what the mean?? one of the codes is:
P1870 : trans. auto 4-wheel drive indicator (lamp) circuit short to battery and it says : trans mechanical transfer case 4X4 switch Circuit short to battery.
what the hell does that mean?? i have a 98 camaro, no traction control... any clues??
the other one is
P1153 : Bank 2 fuel control shifted lean..
does that mean a o2 sensor is bad or something, or i might have a leak, i put the block off plates on my headers when i took off me egr and didnt but any rtv stuff to seal it?? any thoughts!! thanks
