NGK TR-55 are what most people use, assuming you are not spraying nitrous or have any other power adder

 

Im with Grimes on the NGK TR-55, thats what I have ran in my car since I had it but Im naturally aspirated (no power adders).

 

no power adder yet maybe later on

i am running a tr6 na . went one step down from the previous tr55s .

Just put the NGK TR-55 in ma car and couldn't be happier. I have heard by everyone that they are the way to go!

 

I'll be the odd-ball here with AC Delco Iridiums. PN 41-985.

 

I have stage 2 heads and torquer v.3 cam Gforce installed tr6's in mine before the dyno tune.

For an NA application, we typcally put in TR-55's and then TR-6's for cars with light poweradders. We have both on the shelf ready to go. Being in TX you can have them in a couple days, no problem!

Typicaly cars that are cam only and stock use the TR55.
Cars that are power adds or hi compression like to use the TR6.
On avg we sell 6 sets of tr55's to every 1 set of TR6
