i would go with tsp headers. you can get 1 7/8's for like $480

I wouldn't bet on anything more than 10-15rwhp difference across the lineup of all longtubes with the same primary tube diameters.

The setup I am looking at running for my car will be as follows tell me what you guys think she will make.. Remember im trying to keep the stock driveability but add more power.

stock short block
LS6 intake and bored TB
LS6 camshaft
Patriot stage 2 heads
full 1 3/4" headers to 3" collectors to a single 3.5" exhaust system (remember im a rx7)
cold air intake system
complete dyno tune

yes not huge mods and i know you guys will be like use a better cam!! i would but im not lookin for much over 400whp.. so what ya guys think that setup will pump out?

Dont think you will hit 400 with that cam, probably closer to 370-380, look at a 224 with around 56x.-57x lift that would be very very similar but give you more powaaz.

you can have drivability without big bad cams and still get that 400 mark, even without the big bad heads. the heads are a little overkill for what you are trying to do, but for the most similar to stock and 400whp your proposed setup would probably be best.

just for reference I also want about 400rwhp and I am going to do it with a 228 cam/ LS6 intake/ and (used Z06) LS6 heads. The 228 is supposed to still maintain real good drivability and street manners.

360 is possible, but I honestly don't expect a lot of power from the rockers. 1 7/8" headers will make a little more peak power, but they will really shine at bigger power levels. The ls6 cam idea isn't bad, it cost about the same as a set of rockers & will gain 10-15hp!

If your feeling like running a little bit more camshaft, the TSP 224R made 70hp gains on the stock heads!

LS2 heads are 243 castings which are Z06 heads but do not have the lightweight valves that the Z06 versions do, and thats what you want if you are going to do budget heads is 243 castings, just make sure they are 243 castings if you buy them. So to answer the question yes the LS6 intake & heads bolt right up.
