Please help Idle Problems and Shifting Problems

2001 Camaro Ls1
Have high idle at times and when the high idle occurs my transmission has long shifts. My transmission is from performabuilt and is level 2 transmission. No codes found. If anyone has any ideas what could be the cause please let me know. Also my car is cammed if that makes a difference.

vacuum leak. my TA had a vacuum leak and caused the trans to shift funny. worst thing was coming to a stop. trans did not want to go back to first.
