Very low RPMs at idle

Very low RPMs at idle Well the other night I was out driving and when I would come to a stop my RPM's would drop down to 400 or 500 RPMs and I can see all my lights getting dim, same thing would happen in reverse. When I backed into my parking spot I put the car in park and let it idle and it would start surging try to stay alive.
The next day I went out to drive it and it threw a code and the code was P0171. When I drove it today is seemed to run ok but it did not have the quick response like it did before. Any idea what this could be?
Oil, trans fluid and fuel filter were all changed within the past two months and these are my current mods to the motor. I changed the spark plugs less then 1500 miles ago
- Whisper Carbon Fiber Lid
- K&N Air Filter
- MSD Wires
- NGK TR55 Spark Plugs
- 3 Inch Cut-Out
- Ported and Polished Throttle Body
- Smooth Bellow
- Magnaflow Exhaust

if it's running lean i'd advise against running it hard are getting on it too much until you figure out what's causing it to run that way...

I got it cleared the other day and I really have not driven it but Ive started it a few times today and let it idle for about 10 minutes each time and it seems to be running fine, but I will keep an eye on it.
