Default Please help me!!!!

Guys I have been back and forth about this whole cam thing for about 3 months. I have narrowed it down to the 224r or the 228r. I have a 98m6 stock heads, slp maf, slp lid, ls6 intake manifold tsp lt's, dumped ory for the moment. I have 3" cat back but I like the sound of the dumped ypipe. I would like to spray 100shot on top of the cam. Which cam would work best for my setup. Thanks

Both, but the 228r will get you a few more ponies ~8>10rwhp so that is the one I would go for
Alternative 224/230 .609/.604 112+2 LSA (XFI/XFI)
Intake lobe 3015r
Exhaust lobe 3036r
112 LSA
110 ICL

TSP can grind that cam at same price as offshelf and it will work better for juice, 42 VS 44 IVC, earlier valve closing (lower peak), the extra lift allowing a good intake feed, 3* overlap (less pressure loss), more duration and lift on exhaust for better gas expell.

You don't think that it is too much for stock heads. What do you mean XFI/XFI also what are those numbers you put by the intake and exhaust lobes? Thanks for the input and suggestions.

The highlighted are te specs to grind the cam. This is what you give TSP and they grind it for ya.
XFI is a comp cam lobe 224r and 228r are XE-R.
No not too much at all
