Default Rear seal area width?

I have a 6.0L crank that has 22mm (about 7/8") wide rear seal surface, is that the normal ls1 dimension or is it the wider truck dimension?

Also, in the book they say that genIII cranks have rolled fillets but I don't see any particular radius on the ends of journals?

22 is standard car stuff, trucks are around 35mm.
