what casting number do they start with? What heads do you have on your car now?
When i went to do my H/C/I I looked all a bunch of different head choices and then spoke to a local machine shop that has built a ton of really fast cars. Ended up having them do a full race port(their term) and a three angle valve job. I can not be happier with the result. Running MS4, 90/90 and ARH put down 428 to the wheels.
Just something to think about. You can get your heads ported out and still have some great flow numbers and power and probably come out with some money left over.

I have a set of milled 2.5 tsp ls6 heads and a MS4 going on today so I might be able to get u some dyno # for that tonight. I'm hoping for at least 430rwhp on a mustang dyno.

Give us a call & we can provide you with engine dyno sheets from this combo. Here's a link to GM high tech article on that exact combo!

I have a similar setup to that. My heads are the stage 2.5's. The car made 485rwhp/421rwtq, before removing all accessories and going to TD's. The car runs strong. No complaints.
