Exclamation INFO on dry sump systems needed..

im wanting to go with a drysump system but have no idea really how they work or anything ... or how to go about installing the system anyone with details or choices on dry sump systems feel free to donate me some info!




2001 z-28
346 forged, nx 125 plate system, pace setter LT, slp lid, slp mass air meter, TB bypass, zex plugs, ecu tune, turbo 400 3400 stall, 3:73s, and tons of BMR goodies!!

not been to track yet!

Whats your justification for drysump. Expect to spend about 3k+ by the time its done.

Meh, they can be done a little bit cheaper if you go with the LS7 stuff. I'll have a little under 2k in my LS7 dry sump setup including the crank. Aftermarket dry sump setups are insanely expensive on the other hand.

Sig said he had a forged 346 so his bottom end is done and I dont think he wants to change. At this point it would cost more to change the crank and to get the LS7 stuff than to go with a true drysump.
