Default Rocker Arm Question!!!

Does a stock LS1 come with rocker arm pedestals or whatever they are called? and what happens when you dont have these?

Yes they have a one piece aluminum rail that acts as a pedestal for all the rockers. If you install the rockers and torque them down w/o the rail it will cause all the valves to hang open, and may also cause piston to valve contact if you try to run the engine that way.

Ok well that solves a major problem and also creates a major problem at the same time....damage wise
