Default Affordable Jesel ADJUSTABLE rockers

Someone was asking me about the new Jessel rockers...

This is the discription for the adjustible Jessel rockers - these are a FULL shaft rocker running accross all 4 holes! Price is $695...

I'm not sure if they require the valve cover spacers or not????

See SDPC ---------------------------------->

Corvette LS1 1.70/1.70 SS Series Rocker Arms

JESEL, the premier manufacturer of shaft-mounted aluminum roller rocker arm assemblies has just release affordable SS Series (sportsman series) shaft-mounted adjustable rockers, eliminating the need for expensive rocker studs, guide plates, polylocks and stud girdles. They bolt on to existing rocker stud bosses without need for machining and provide a rigid base for the ultimate in valvetrain stability and correct rocker geometry. Jesel’s SS Series rockers are supported by a patent-pending, CNC machined steel alloy Stand-LinkT, positioning the individual rocker stands for precise alignment with the valve tip.

The valve covers CAN be retained, but the passenger side cover has to be MODIFIED in the area of the baffle adjacent to the oil fill tube. The ones I looked into are direct replacement for the LS1 rocker. They are fully rollerized just like the Comp, Crane or Yella Terra, but they have a shaft that runs the entire length of the head which ALL of the rockers ride on. They only cost $200 extra over the other brands. Well worth it in my opinion. I bought the Comp Cams Pro Mag and shortly afterward found out about the Jesels. I would have spent the extra money had I known about them. Nothing wrong with the Pro Mags. They are VERY high quality, but the idea of a single shaft running the entire length of the head has STRENGTH written all over it. Plus I like the idea of no guide plates or Polylocks.
