LS7 manifolds to tips on LS3 vs. long tubes?

LS7 manifolds to tips on LS3 vs. long tubes? How does this setup stack up against a set of longtubes/high flow cats/xpipe and stock non-bimode mufflers, I can't really decide
People claim it's anywhere from "almost equal to half equal" to running longtubes, any test data?

One guy posted some great results from a full LS7 exhaust swap. Most others have not seen the improvement that this one car did. You definitely will gain over the stock LS3 exhaust (10 HP or so), but good longtubes and high flow cats make a really big diffference. The mid range torque gains are much bigger with long tubes than just looking at peak numbers. It is an amazing area under the curve gain.
