You will need this http://store.summitracing.com/partde...9&autoview=sku and a ford distributor.

You will also need new plug wires, a Ford 302 distributor hold down, water pump spacers, a 25% underdrive balancer, a fuel pump block off plate for a SBC and preferably an electric water pump. I am running this set up in my carbed 93 Z and it is great. Check out my photo gallery on here and I have a picture of the set up. I also had to drill .025" holes in the cam retainer plate to oil the distributor gear and drill and install a key in the crankshaft to keep the balancer located for timing purposes. I bought the kit to drill the crank in the car and put the key in it. It sounds like a lot but it is no big deal really. The whole deal will cost $1471. That is the timing cover and associated parts from GMPP ($400), the HEI style 302 Ford distributor ($176), the dist hold down($8), fuel pump block off ($8), Taylor Pro Race 10.4mm plug wires ($100), drilling the retainer plate (I charge $35), water pump spacers ($65), Meziere electric water pump ($404) and Powerbond Extreme series SFI balancer ($225). I have some more pics at my website www.loughengines.com. It just takes one 12 volt wire to fire the whole deal and I can adjust my timing wherever I want it very easily.

So far, just 6.69 @ 109 (1/8 mile) on the motor, pump gas. I lost 2nd gear completely on nitrous, but it ran 10.15 @ 141 (1/4 mile) on 150 shot, pump gas, no 2nd gear, spinning very bad. That was the last pass of the year, the trans is shot.

Yeah, that was no 2nd also. I thought it was the shifter that was out of adjustment so we ran 4 passes on motor going from 1st to 3rd, I just ran it up a little higher in low gear (7800 RPM). I put a new shifter in and got it adjusted perfect and had all gears when the car was up on jackstands. But on the ground, it would stay in low gear until I shifted up to 3rd. It will 60' 1.44 on the motor all day long and low 1.30s on 150 shot. When I get the transmission back in it, I plan on hitting it with 300 to see what its got!
