What are the flow numbers on LS7 heads?

What are the flow numbers on LS7 heads? I did some reserch and can`t find flow numbers for new gm out of the box complete cnc ls7 heads ?
Also what rocker arm choices are there ? Are the stock gm ones good for 9`s ?? This is a light weekend street car.

The first two numbers were reversed
Here are some others, I don't know the source:
