The L92 is a truck engine and as such will see a very limited amout of installs in street rods or older muscle cars.

The LS3 has all the benifits without having to change everything.

The harness kits were developed to support the crate engines that would be used in the majority of builds.

I have an L92 that I stripped of the cam, VVT actuator, cam gear as well as the intake and harmonic balancer. It ran just fine with a Lunati cam and LS3 intake. I used the GMPP harness on that one.
