There is a mystery sensor i dont know how it could go to anything, its so short, i have a ls2 427 conversion so i dont know if this is just an old sensor plug that i dont need. it has 4 prongs shaped like a square, and is located right by the starter.

Looks like the O2 connector to me - probably for the rears. The rears aren't really necessary so a lot of people have them tuned out.

If it's right by the starter, it's the front O2, and yes, you need it.

Probably a rear 02 and unnecessary.

thanks guys

well the front o2 is hooked up, and i dont have rear o2 sensors because of the exaust. so i didnt know there were any. thanks guys!
