Intake leak (HELP)

Intake leak (HELP) Well Ive been having a few problems with the LS7 manifold on the Warhawk engine + Warhawk LS7X 6bolt heads.
Figured out a vacuum leak between the manifold and the intake ports. Gaskets are brand new, even tried another LS7 Intake manifold and that thing would simply not seal.
Any ideas on how to get around this perhaps, or what to look for?
I could really use some help brainstorming ideas.

un bolt the intake...remove dizzy...
remove the gaskets..
push the intake hard against 1 head, and use feeler gauges to see what difference there is between top and bottom of the intake against the other head...both ends of the manifold...
if it is very close,
use johnson73801 method,
more than likely, the manifold gasket face will be 'hollow' ground" , right at the port hole faces..
see it heaps of times
what colour is the spark plug centre electrode ?
has it got oil on it ??
does it smoke when you let the intake manifold go into vacume ??
