GM LS3 Crate Engine - Flexplate Bolts?

GM LS3 Crate Engine - Flexplate Bolts? Are the GM flexplate bolts reuseable and it so what should they be torqued to. Also what should the TC bolts be torqued to?
I had to remove the flexplate on my LS3 crate engine in order to remove the test plate that was rivited to the flexplate and don't know what the bolts should be torqued to.
