Default Question about FAST intake on LS2

Ok, I know I need an adapter kit for the FAST intake to work with the stock LS2 fuel rails and injectors. I'm going to get larger injectors to go with my cam and head package. Question is do LS1 type injectors work with the LS2 fuel rails? Would I still need to adapter kit? Trying to figure out which makes more sense and cheaper to get. LS2 type fuel injectors with LS2 fuel rail adapter kit? Or LS1 type injectors with harness adapter for the injectors? I'm looking to get some 42 lb injectors if that helps any. I tried to do a search but couldn't find anythig specific. Thanks in advance.

You need the following:

1. EV1 Injector with a EV6 Plug

2. LS1 Style Fuel Rails

FAST also makes drop in replacement fuel injectors, so you wouldnt have to worry about anything like injector length or changing injector plugs. Im doing it myself.

All you would need is;
#54026, spacer kit
#30462-8, 46lb/hr LS2 fuel injectors

The spacer kit sucks and leaks. I just got EV1 style 42lb injectors from New Era and the electrical adapter to connect them to the EV6 plug on the car. I could not find the tall style 42lb injectors with an ev6 plug built in, there were only 60lb injectors available with the ev6 plug.

I also ended up buying ls1 style rails to match up with them from Professional Products although they aren't necessary.

Your doing it wrong then, I use the kit on my truck and have installed it on 4 or 5 other times without ever having an issue.

I should revise what i said, it doesn't leak fuel, but it did create a vac leak that we found by smoking it with a smoke machine.
