Default flywheel issues. Help please!

I have a 4l60e from a Gen1 and a 2006 6.0 that I'm trying to hook it to. The first problem was that the flywheel bolts don't line up with the torque converter. Then I found out I need a crank spacer. I bought that and a gen1 flywheel thinking that would bolt to my torque converter. It bolted up fine to the converter, but not the crank.
Is there a flywheel that will fit my torque converter and the crank? I'm pretty sure a newer 4l60e flywheel will work but want to be sure.

You need to enlonggate the bolt holes on the flywheel for the ls motor and the spacer to hub center the convertor and you may need to use longer bolts and washers to tighten up the convertor. Unless the motor isnt an o6, in 99-01 i think it was, the crank on the 6.0l was differant and needs to be changed out or it will only work w the 4l80e. look at this site they may be able to help.
