Default 92mm fast intake

is anyone running this intake on a stock ls1? I have a 2000 camaro and i am planning on doing heads cam and intake but since the i can get a good deal on the intake now i am going to jump on it. Just wondering if the intake alone would be too much for a stock motor.

I have that intake with the matching big mouth tb. when i first put it on everything else was stock besides my cai. I couldnt tell much diffrence besides the huge sucking sound it made when i got on her but now with the cam and header installed with it i could never go without it.
