X Pipe or not on the 408
X Pipe or not on the 408 Setup in question - Daily Driver 408 ls6 Stge3 heads, 244/250 cam 1 7/8 LTs, Fast 92/92, no cats, a 200 shot willl be sprayed about 5-7 times a year. My question is would I benifit from an x pipe or should I just do straight thru pipes to the muffler. I will have cutouts and the exhaust will be 3".
On the SS I could not hook for some reason with the cutouts. I moved from Nittos to ETs and still couldnt leave hard unless i closed the cutouts. Not sure what the problem was but I had a few other drivers attempt and we all left harder with the cutouts closed.
