Question Would 90mm FAST intake cause problem on 427?

Title says it all. I've been told the 90mm FAST causes problems on a 427.

Never heard of any issues, kind of a broad question. Solid roller 427 yeah I could see the Fast being an issue just because of the long runners but for a hydraulic stroker should work well if it's done right.

I am planning on a solid roller and possibly a ProCharger.

I thought your new Warhawk motor was completed already?? I seen the article in GM Hi-tech. I think it was also close to 500ci. Maybe a different motor?

Yeah. Different. Warhawk 496, C5R 427.

Are you talking LS7 - then no; intake ports are different. Standard head/intake ports - no problem.

I wouldn't get the fast if you're doing a solid roller. Single plane intake would be a better choice.
