Default lq4 carb and combo setup

i have a 95 caprice i use for drag racing and i bought a lq4 with low miles...it has the 317 heads and i pulled the heads off today and the pistons and walls look great so now i'm ready to put it back together and other some parts.

here is was i have in mind. I want to carb it but which intake should i use?...its a drag caprice 3800lbs th400 with 3600 stall and 3:73 gears
should i just use one of the victor models and get the msd ignition setup and a 650 or 750 holley carb?
then cams....man there are a lot of cams for these motors...i dont know where to even start....what can stock 317 heads handle for lift? .600?

what kinda hp should i get out of this? 350-400 hp?

go with a hp version of holley, msd box, mill the stock heads. for around 10-10.2:1 scr. and have custom ground cam spec by pat g. he will spec a cam around the combo u want to run. better than off the shelf efi cam, and price range is about same
