Setting up ls2 pcv system

Setting up ls2 pcv system I swapped an ls2 in my car, i know i dont have my pcv system setup correctly now and would like to fix it so its working optimally.
I have a pcv catch can. Should I get rid of my pcv valve because i know the valley cover on the ls2 works as a 1 way valve?
Also i am aware there is some sort of plug on the passenger side valve cover. Does anyone know where i can get one of these?
