head and cam package?

Default head and cam package?

I was thinking a about getting a head and cam package from texas speed for my ls2 c6 and dont know what package would make more power Precison Race Components Stg 2.5 L92 Heads & Cam or Precison Race Components Stg 2.5 LS6 Heads & Cam i am planing to get a fast manifold and they now make 102mm manifold for both port designs?

I would get the stage 2.5 LS6/LS2 heads. Somewhere around an MS3/MS4 size cam and a FAST 92mm Combo. All can be had for a great price from TSP.

But what would be better they are the same price and u pick ur cam fast doesnt make a 92 anymore just 102 for both head designs?

The L92 heads will breath better then the 243s. They are a newer design that flows much more. If in the future you want more power, they will be less restricting.

Just make sure you get the correct manifold. I would call TSP and listen to their recommendations on what cam to go with, as I'd lean towards a larger cam with the L92s then the 243s.
