Camarobob22

My car was shaking and I had a misfire cylinder 4 code... I replaced the spark plug, which was compleatly blown up, cunductor was missing and looked like it exploded. Well that fixed the problem for a few days, now the same engine code is back and I'm getting the same problem. Anyone have any idea what might be causing this? My car is a 98 camaro v6
