You ask who has the best price, we have a hundred or so sponsors and you buy from someone who doesn't sponsor this board...lol Just another reason why I don't even bother trying to sell parts at a great deal on here. Maybe you should try some advertising instead of posting what you did here that many will find odd.
Hinson has had the best advertised price on these intakes the entire time they have been avail.
Many great and intelligent people on this forum and then there are the kids on here that post terms like the one below.
Ron, no worries on the intake purchase..your R&D plus my communication with Pontiac will more than likely have me calling you down the road for the VRX5 cam kit after i recover from paying Obama all the taxes he hammered me on as some how I am now in a higher tax bracket than the year before? lol
Brian, are you referring to me?? I think I should clarify myself a bit. $800 for this is RELATIVELY a good price, $1000 is obsurd. So that makes $800 a good price, and kudos to you and any other sponsor who turn up the heat and price it there for a sale. My hat is truly off to yous for that.

My distance from Comp wasnt the point of my post. I do alot of R&D for Comp/FAST... matter of fact i did some of the original R&D on these intakes.
My point was asking people on this board for the best price and then posting you bought from a non-sponsor... just bad form in my opinion. No sense in advertising sales on this kind of stuff when the money you make off it doesn't justify the time spen trying to sell it. Other sponsors will agree... no sense in cutting eachothers throats just to make pennies.......

Brian, I understand..honestly I didn't know they were not a sponsor or I would not have posted that info, I meant no disrespect to any sponsor on this forum or any other as all my experiences have been positive with all that I have dealt with.
I generally spread my purchases around as I feel so many sponsors make a tremendous effort to help members achieve there goals and often the effort goes unnoticed.
