Default Choosing heads for Lq4 advice

Im trying to build an Lq4 408 and am researching heads and am trying to find the best, most cost effective ones I can. The motor will be run on mostly motor or maybe a small shot eventually. I am on a budget and was looking at the

from Patriot Performance
and also http://texas-speed.com/shop/item.asp...d=649&catid=20
from Texas Speed. Both are ls6 heads but one flows better on the intake side and one flows better on the exhaust side. Which is more important for my application? Is there another head I should be looking at that would be better? I also saw the Ls3/l92 heads that texas speed has that flow really well but they have a different shape intake runner than the ls1/ls6 heads correct so I would have to get a different intake manifold? I have a FAST 90 now.
