Lsx block???? have a lsx to build for my camaro and need to know about certain parts i need
GMPP LSX BLOCK.... what does it take & any special parts i need???
Valley cover?
Double roller timing chain?
Will a ported LS1 oil pump and pickup work?
Need to find out about these parts and if you guys think of anything else i need let me know, any help is greatly appreciated!!!

The LSX should come with all of the covers included. We are using a Melling 10295 LS style oil pump and a Rollmaster double roller timing chain on our LSX stroker. Everything else is similar to a Gen IV LSx engine/block...

basically, once you have the block and what comes with it, get all the custom parts ordered, all you have left to do is treat it like a badass LS2/3/7 or whatever.
IIRC the only real "LSX specific" part is the rear cover and that is included.
