This is a Race Only Intake.It is worth 60RWHP more than the GMPP Intake.You need a Race Only hood to clear this thing .On our 431 CI LSX we are about to break into the 8s NA.On a LSX with PRC LS7 Heads we made 662RWHP NA.Our last run was 148.45 MPH in a 3200lb Firebird.

^^^Not really worried about hood clearance issues...It's going into a '69 Camaro with a cowl hood of whatever size I need. I was more concerned about drivability and tunability issues for a car that would see more street duty than track duty. I would be going with the 4150 carb-style model instead of the 4500 though. Thanks for the input. Nice looking engine!

The Edelbrock Super Victor would be all you need.

This manifold works very well. GM High Tech Performance tested it in this months issue.

451ci LSX with hand ported LS7 heads

GM LS7 intake
673 hp @ 6400
601 tq @ 5300

PI LS7 intake
720 hp @ 6800
603 tq @ 5300

The PI LS7 intake continued to climb strong at 6800+ rpm but they cut off the graph for some reason and you can't see how high it will actually make power to. The GM LS7 intake started to level off at 6500 rpm. The PI LS7 intake made more torque everywhere.
