Default heat wrap to protect knock sensor wiring from headers

I have a LS3 in my 98 Z28, and I used the Katech knock sensor adapter harness. My ARH 1.75" headers are very near the wires coming out of the driver side knock sensor.

Looking for the best options to prevent the wiring from being damaged from the headers. I don't know if the knock sensor can be removed with the headers installed because I didn't install it. Might they have heat wrap with a slit in it like wiring loom so I could slide it over the knock wiring without remocing the sensor/connector?

The best option is to just delete them. Its one less thing to go wrong. I haven't run any for years.
