Need tb for 102, is it worth upgrading everything?

Need tb for 102, is it worth upgrading everything? Ok I need a new throttle body for my fast 102 intake. I want to stay cheap as possible but it might be worth going to bigger better things now, since there really isnt much price difference b/w the 90 and 102. Also, I need to find a way to factor in my wet kit (up to 150 wet) into the mix.
Going to be:
404, fast 102, ported l92s, big cam, 1 3/4 headers.
Right now i currently have:
MTI clear lid, slp 85mm maf,smooth bellows, and a ported stock ls1 tb.
Option 1:
Keep intake tract, buy 90mm tb (350ish bucks), buy a nitrous nozzle (30), sell plate (make 50) = 330ish
Option 2: NW 102 tb (400$), nitrous nozzle (30), i dont want to have resrictions in front of it if i do this tb. 104mm lid (180), intact tubing (30), would eventually need a maf to spray the way my nitrous is setup. So add 200 to the mix for a 100mm maf. = 850ish.
Is it worth the price difference, 500 bucks? I havent heard much about switching up between the two.
